Made GUI changes to allow the user to save their file as an XML file.
Removed checks for conditionally compiling XML suport. This is possible because I am now using the QT API’s, and everyone has support for those.
Able to now save a basic XML file. It only currently saves the user information, and it provides placeholders for the other sections of our file.
